I'm sorry to bother you but I see you are the person who posted for James Garland Bell birthdate 09/23/1946 died Reno, NV in 12/2008. Do you know or can you find out if he had a daughter named Jennifer Rose Bell? If so then this was my dad who I haven't seen since 1976 when I was 5. I really just want to know if he's alive or dead so I can get closure. I can't afford to pay to find him so any help is greatly appreciated.
